As you say, no way the Bruins take Peterson, even if Briere retains money. Also seems unlikely they trade for Couturier until his health is proven on the ice. I'd love to get Swayman, though. If they can work a deal where the principles are Laughton & Swayman, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Also, Laughton makes less than Swayman so the cap situation could work depending on any other assets included.

I wouldn't trade Swayman to flyers it's just rumors. Plus swayman value is good for two season as back up is good. Now if there someone a center young sway for swayman I'll do it. But still wouldn't trade him.

How on earth could the Bruins take on that much cap? Lindholm is younger, cheaper, healthier and wouldn’t involve taking a worthless goalie contract back. They probably have 1 shot at getting a Bergeron replacement given their limited resources, Calgary is a better trade partner

I would be very careful just believing anything you hear.I have been around hockey 50+ years and I have NEVER seen any kind of coach misconduct typically coaches are very quiet.
What I was afraid of with this hockey Canada ordeal is that it would become open season to just make accusations and those would be taken seriously of course but I doubt many of them are even true.
Here is the problem """PROOF are we just going to believe a bunch of kids who maybe felt slighted maybe they were cut or benched or didnt get the ice time they wanted so feel like lashing back at the coaches just because it has become a common thing to do now.
In my 50+ yrs the one thing I have seen is inappropriate parents who are over the top screaming and yelling at coaches and from the coaches side typically they do the yelling at the referees but I have seen nothing else.
How could ANY judge seriously find PROOF on any of these accusations because your simply going to believe the word of mouth and just because a bunch of them banded together to hate on a coach doesnè make their statements accurate.

2023 Canada WJC Coach Under Investigation,eh? Well, these days, nothing surprises me but this is very ridiculous. You have to have impeccable character in these situations and ,apparently, this guy is seriously lacking. The Game of Hockey does not need this type of behavior around at all.
