      Hi Miz, first time for a long time a bit of light shining into the Caicedo situation. Chelsea have gone so far in commiting themselves to this deal and there is really noone else who could do the same job, whereas Brighton might be happy to keep the player if they don't get their asking price they will be left with a very unhappy player. Brighton think Caicedo is worth the same as Rice …I get it,,,and they may have some justification for that valuation but Chelsea are adamant they won't pay it (for political reasons as much as financial ones). I think both sides might have to swallo their pride a bit and come to around 90m. mire than Chelsea want to pay and less than Brighton want. Things have gone on too long for this not to get resolved, I think De Zerbe is hinting at it. I think Brighton may have strated to give up on getting Colwill they won't gt Chelsea to budge on that. Unless a shock team come in at the last minute I think Caicedo will eventually go to Chelsea.

      I'm not even gonna speak on Caicedo again until it gets done. Regarding Galladimovic, what we must understand as fans is sometimes a squad needs that player who's ready to do anything for the manager/team. They don't have to be the most technical player, but they must be able to carry out specific instructions managers may issue especially when seeing off games. Every team that has the premier league in recent times has had one or two of such players. I too don't mind him leaving either but I like the club's stance. If a 50MIL offer comes in, then ok we'll talk. Otherwise, as long as he knows he's not a starter and he's ok with it, then I'm good.

      85+5mil will do. I guess Brighton just wants most upfront. So i guess we will end up with 75 (Upfront)+10(2nd Installment)+5(addons). Brighton wants enough money to buy Kudus and the mentioned Caicedo replacement for his transfer fee.

      Casedei needs a loan. Not a couple minutes here and there and maybe a couple starts in Cups. There is not enough room to develop Santos and Casedei at the same time. Bundesliga would be a perfekt league for him. So sorry but Gallagher has to stay.đŸ€Ł

      I think maybe the bids are to encourage Caicedo to act, by putting lots of bids it looks like Chelsea are really trying which will frustrate the Caicedo camp because Brighton look like the ones 100% at fault for the deal not going through.
