I found him underwhelming and I'm astonished he's valued at over £12m. The only loan players from last season I'd like to see back either on perm contracts or loans (if needs be) would be Auston Trusty and maybe Reda Khadra. I've already said I'd welcome a couple of loans in this season not least to maintain the relationships we have with clubs like Arsenal and Manchester United but generally what Gardner is doing on the recruitment side is better building a perm side of players. We just need more bodies in defence and we need a forward up front who can convert passes from our new wingers. As for Hannibal well all I can say is – get your hair cut lad! KRO

Always put 100% in.. may not be the best technical player .. but.. he has great work rate and lives Birmingham city.. played for the shirt.. unlike hogan and others… I say he’d be a great loan again.. strength in depth with Sunjic back also and bielek.. kro
Can't knock six assists. Always giving it 100% and putting players under pressure. Would have had more assists if we had better goal scorers.

I would keep backer, and Gary Gardner, but I think that sunnych needs to go, and we need to strengthen our midfield. Keep right on
He isn't worth £12m currently and may not develop enough to ever be worth that much. Didn't contribute enough last season, but showed moments of quality but showed even more recklessness. He needs to calm down on the pitch . Would be worth having on loan again, or buy him at a much lower price, maybe with add-ons to the price if he performs better. His potential could go either way.

I think adapting to the championship was was difficult for him and everyone really, but if a loan deal with a view to buy would he nice so we pay next season if he does well and wants to stay , but the option to buy needs to be in the contract like you say it's pointless us getting players in and having a new team every season with loanees that move on. Like for example Sanderson came back on loan, then we brought him and he is a good player . Hannibal could do well again if he comes to us I think but if we can buy another decent cheaper player I'd do that for example I'd buy trusty for 3-5mill or something

I’d rip Manchester United’s hand off to have him back he was excellent for us caused chaos for opponents which gave space to other team members, sunj-ova-bitch isn’t the answer at least Hannibal can find a forward pass, beat a man and strike on target 😂 beliek is awesome but Will get injured at some point and will need rest Gary gardener will be similar too with injuries one or two loans isn’t a bad thing especially if they have been there before and believe in the project we can’t have 20 new players straight away that will also be tricky to manage and gel

Need to think it's the link with supporters and players that he brings . Like some have said he winds people up and gets the fans going just like robbie savage did . Get him back if poss fans luv that lift when a game is going flat .kro
I think it’s a bit unfair to talk about his stats when he was played in more of a defensive role. The energy he brings to the defensive side of things is fun to watch
