I think managers expect more from captains. They will be tougher in them and will expect captains to push his teammates too. Everyone holding each other accountable. Pathway to be successful.

Pochettino is a genius. He's just different gravy, and even though I'm a united fan.. it's so good to have Posch back in the PL! 🙌🏾 We all know how incredible he is at developing players, but most people forget how Posch always managed to build elite squads, great harmony and top level systems of play. Even with zero funds! I always feared n hated having to play him back when he was running Spurs and even before that with Southampton!😳👀 Part of me will always still be hurt that we never managed to sign him 😔
