TIMESTAMPS:
00:00 Intro

00:10 With a lot of players going out, it’s a younger squad of course. A different feel to it

00:45 wouldn’t necessarily say looking after younger lads but more trying to do what I’ve always been doing. When matchday comes, leading by example

1:00 The most I’ve ran in a long time. It’s good. My position and when I’m at my best it’s doing those actions again and again. It’s good.

1:30 ack to last season being in a position that I was familiar with, it was nice to be in. Actions I’ve been doing over the last couple of years.

2:00 I think that’s done on the training field, around the hotel. The morale of the team is high and we just need to keep building.

4:00 owards the end of the season, I changed my diet, went to do something different and carrying extra weight I had some hamstring problems. Me and the manager made the decision together.
What was the diet change? Eating less.

5:00 When I first head, I think it was an exciting one, I know how difficult it is to play against his team. I knew he would be a coach that would bring what we needed. To have someone like himself to lead us in difficult last season would have been good.

7:00 My leadership is not necessarily one to talk a lot. When there are concerns I would give my input. Most important for me is to lead on the pitch, to try and come up with stuff in difficult situations.

  1. He just threw Potter n lamps under the Bus and RIGHTFULLY so lol
Players were nowhere near fit enough to play PL Games
Our whole season last season was like a vacation

  2. Sterling you being terrible had nothing to do with the manager just saying lmao, even under poch u miss every chance

  3. Hes not the worst player but have you seen many overrated more than him i cant think of many rashford maybe lol

  4. Sterling has over 150 goals in the EPL at 27 yet fans try to dispespect him all the time. He is the consummate professional. He should never be compared with people who only have potential at this point. At liverpool his potential was out of this world

  5. Simply put, he got fat and more frequently injured because he wasnt training as hard as he did under Pep at Man City. Pep's demands at City were crazy – he was always seen giving Sterling advice after games even when Raheem had scored 2 or 3 goals. That was the level. He came to Chelsea under Tuchel, and with the level set out and seeing the likes of Mason Mount, Havertz and Pulisic, why would Sterling need to work as hard when those guys are getting max 12-13 goals between them. Plus, Tuchel continued to play them regardless of performance. Sterling just needs to be pushed throughout this season. If he's playing terrible, instead of moving him to wingback like Potter did (just so he didnt have to drop him), Poch should rotate to the likes of a Mudryk, Madueke or even Angelo and Moreira – which ever one stays. If anyone cant run a sprint in a certain time, or cant run for 90mins or get over weight, they should be dealt with there and then. We need guys like Jackson and Broja, guys that have the energy to prove themselves and want to press. We need to be Chelsea – have the big team mindset. We need to remember that under Potter we NEVER got a single PL game v a team that was above us. That list contained Fulham and Brentford. Good teams, but also our West London rivals who we should atleast at minimum be drawing against.

  6. Let's go over the dreamland scenario. Harry Kane stays at Spurs this window. In January, he negotiates with Chelsea. Daniel Levy panics and asks for £40-50m and CFC pay Spurs. Harry stays in London, breaks the Premier League record and trophies come eventually.

  7. Was a good player but his best days are behind him. Always falling down, not taking defenders on as before, plus always giving backwards passes
