      I'm glad Volpato said no to the socceroos. We don't want people who do not want to play for the country of their birth. Good riddance. See you later alligator.

      Rogic and Langerak got robbed. Langerak been the on form, playing regularly keeper for years and doesnt get picked, when playing at a high quality level?? Ridiculous.
      Rogic is 1 and maybe 3 players that can create a goal out of nothing. The creative and technical skills he brings, even if he comes off the bench for 25-30 minutes, is needed if Hrustic and Mooy aren't going.
      Weak answers to why these guys aren't going.
      Glad this useless manager will be gone after this

      Lots of talk about taking young payers, but probably our two best young prospects, Circati and Volpato haven't even signed up…Arnold may say he tried, but there's a deeper relationship rift with Volpato that needed healing… not with desperate phone calls the day before saying 'you're in the team if you want to'…thats just ridiculous.
      Will Volpato be another Craig Johnston…chose England over Australia, made the youth setup but never progressed from that or played in a world cup….and regretted it tremendously? People will say we don't want him if he doesn't want us, but its a sad state of affairs for to reject Australia when Italy aren't even going to the World Cup…and who knows if they (or he) will get to the next one.

      Hoping '22 , goes the same way as '05 .We scraped in this year as we did 17years ago. We were on top of Italy in '05 in the round of 16. Would be great if we could cause some upsets in this tournament. No Cahills or Kewels in this lineup though. Maybe the African connection can be our saving grace. Dont have a lot of faith in Arnold though. Wheres Gus ???!!!
