INSIDE TRAINING | First day back for pre-season at London Colney!

Our men’s first team headed back to London Colney for the first day of pre-season and you can watch them in action now with Inside Training.

Before heading to the pitches for some light training, our players not on international duty went through medical screenings and strength tests in the club gym.
