Could Manchester City about to bid for Frenkie De Jong?

How would Frenkie De Jong fit into Pep Guardiola’s and Manchester City’s playing style? How much truth is there to the Frenkie De Jong to City rumours?

I go into more transfer dealings with plenty of Manchester City players being readied to leave the club before the 23/24 season.

The latest Man City news and transfer news.

  1. Regardless of whether FDJ is likely to happen or not, due to his preferences and wage demands, would FDJ improve the City starting XI?

  2. I'd say utd are more a whinne the pooh now πŸ˜‚

FDJ as you mention comes with a bit of wage baggage no doubt his talent and under pep could be magic at city he could be somewhere in the middle of xavi and busquets type player. I like you theory of the transfers and like you said it points out the outrageous spending of other clubs. But jesus city get a 30m sponsorship deal and shit hits the fan. I read today that arsenal are paying havertz half that amount a year. (sorry for that tangent)

I hope we do have a plan for this summer as we do need 2 players at least not mega stars really just decent players. I think the silva saga is holding our hand atm.
Imo we need to keep walker he's clearly still got a year or 2 in him and is a great weapon in our armoury.

Also on the staff leaving we seem to lose one or 2 a year i thunk it's part of the city plan. As we seem to send staff out on various roles all over the world and also onto 1st team mangament. We will u theory have a pick of seasoned staff of all areas to come back and work foe the city group in the future. Our ownership have changed how to run a club. It's laughable when everyone said that they would get board of us and let's rot to ruin.
(sorry for the long comment today)

  3. United could be influenced/pushed into spending beyond their means on Frenkie, partially because of their anxiety about competing with City, partially because they'll be feeling anxiety about not being embarrassed in Europe. A top-4 placing is great and all in terms of television money, but there must surely be implied responsibility to compete to a level that the club's bosses and fans expect. Considering how the Red Devils may feel relegated to being a second-class club in their own town, they are vulnerable to that insecurity leading them to make more errors in the transfer market or on personnel management. Desperation, thy name be United.

  4. I hope he goes to City, want to see him in PL in a top notch team. That psycho-trans ideology flag behind FC Barcelona also really annoys me. And if he was that respected by FCB, then why trying to sell him last year and why was he benched in the beginning of last season.
I also think the top is reached for Barcelona for a while.

  5. Well couldn't they give us a good deal since they still owe us 52 million for Ferran? If they want Bernardo I would say give us FDJ and 150 million pounds and then that's fair. If Bellingham and Rice are both 100 million + worth, then Bernardo is atleast worth that much. I prefer us not selling, but we shouldnt keep players if they want to leave but we have to get a fair price. And Bernardo is insanely good at multiple positions. There's nobody out there like him πŸ’™

  6. If they change the offices rule as you discovered it. The team who figures out how to thwart it defensively will most likely win the league. I think teams will opt to go give at the back so they will better the chances of not getting counted. And please keep VAR out of the game as much as possible because they are a bunch of idiots. It would sadly turn football into a version of American football which totally sucks.

  7. Great content as usual πŸ˜„πŸ˜πŸ™ƒπŸ˜‰πŸ’™CTID.
At 26 Frenke de Jong would be a great signing for the future of Manchester City, he's looked great whenever I've watched him and he's a first team player in Barca's team.
Pep never stands in the way of anyone wanting to leave, Burrello falls into that category.
For me Bernardo Silva would be the big loss for our team, impossible to replace straight away, that loss would weaken our squad.
Kyle messed up when he started windmilling in public, I'm sure the owners have told Pep thats not what Manchester City is about, they will have been highly offended by that type of behaviour. I don't see anyway Kyle stays I'm afraid.

  8. Apart from the Club World Cup and Supercup, which i believe City can win, for this season i think the main priority is to win a record 4th prem title and win a cup. Last season was just breathtaking and i can't see them doing the same, but a record 4th title and a cup would be a good way to follow up last season, then the season after this 1, i think City will go really hard again and will most likely win the quadruple or get really close. Just make sure 4 premier league titles next season to break another record.

  9. i prefer Gabri Veiga but Frenkie De Jong is pretty good as well. from what i can tell. Frenkie De Jong has very good Skills , Ball Control and ball passes . so yeah. get both if man city can get both.

  10. Metronome this fella,it’s not about goals and assists with this one it’s his speed of getting and releasing the ball to get the team going forward.
He can take the ball anywhere on the pitch and never seems flustered.
He would be a great addition to our squad so let’s see.

  11. This channel is about to blow up! Numbers going crazy right now. Keep pumping out transfer news videos everyday this window, even if you are repeating the previous days news, and you could be well into 10s of thousands of subscribers by september.

  12. Yes it could take time, but he ripped the heart out of the team after his first season. We then went on to break the 100 points barrier then the treble..

  13. City should go after Pina as the backup RW. I think he’s already better than what Ferran Torres was and Torres was a good backup and you flipped him for good money.

  14. I’m curious who is the lucky teams will be to get Laporte. At his best he’s a top 10 CB in the world.

Bayern, PSG, Atleti and ANY EPL team should be in on him.

  15. What about Viega?? Wirtz?? Any news from him?? I just read the news that PSG also interest of Viega…. Hope City Sign Him πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ’™πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ’™πŸ”₯πŸ’™πŸ”₯πŸ’™πŸ”₯πŸ’™πŸ”₯
