VALVERDE is not a special player. He's a good player and that's it. And I'm with Stevie, VALVERDE is not even the same player as McAllister. He's not a midfield controller.
For all his energy and running, he was the worst man against City last season in midfield. I can name more than 5 midfielders that are better than VALVERDE in the EPL that don't play for top 6 clubs.
