Partey is miles ahead of rice
Partley was unreal at A. Madrid and was a Champions league beast. Rice is English so gets all the hype his not much thought of in Spain. Rice will be better now tho as his younger and Partley is injury prone and lets face it he be in jail soon his the next Mendy waiting to happen another 4 cases opened on him.
Rice is a marginal upgrade on Partey based on the metrics. 170M on Rice and Havertz, don't see the value. The money would have been better spent buying a world class striker.
