  1. In Dana’s position your damned if you do and damned if you don’t. I’m sure you would be just as judgmental toward Dana if he was nice to his employees or an asshole to them. The guy has a hard job he’s gotta tow that fine line of keeping the ufc a successful company as well as deciding fighter pay. That’s not an easy job for anyone. Yet somehow he’s been able to keep the ufc on top of the mma market for multiple decades. As well as has maintained a pretty good reputation overall with regard to his fighters comments about him. Sure there’s a few ungrateful fighters like Francis… but overall Dana is respected by his fighters because Dana does right by them if they do right by the UFC. Dana provides fighters the platform to shine as bright as they decide to through their skill sets and their marketability. Can’t blame him for the job he does. He’s a great boss and came up from virtually nothing. Gotta give credit where credit is due…

  2. all these people getting fooled, I don't dislike dw but it worries me people don't see him for what he is which is a three head lion snake dragon who is simply playing his role here which he's a grandmaster at obviously, hence position. And Daniel might be done, he's old, out of prime, he's not going to be competitive from here on out.

  3. He will do everything but pay them fairly, its easy to shake a guys hand and act like u care, but when it really comes down to it (negotiations) does he really care?

  4. The people who hate on Dana, want to hate on Dana. There’s nothing he could say or do to make some people like him. Seems pretty genuine and transparent to me
