  1. This was a really good routine, but I just hate that particular bar mount. Even when a good gymnast like Shawn does it, it always looks like you get no momentum to start with, and then you have to muscle your way up to the first handstand. She hit most of her handstands in this routine, it's true, but she fell very short on the first one, and I would guess that it's because of the mount. It just looks exhausting.
