Youve got to think about the impact of the African Cup of nations before filling your squad with African players
Dubravka is a good keeper just look back at his performances before Pope joined and most nufc fans will tell you how good a keeper he is, going to Man U put a lot of fans off him because he was not prepared to fight for his place within days of pope arriving which was very disappointing but other than that he is a very good keeper playing in a poor Bruce side.
Definitely worth a look at.
As for Gordon the reason he didn’t play much was he was injured arriving from Everton and when he got into training he admitted that he was nowhere near Howe fit he was shocked at how fit our lads were, so in the u21s he is shining because he’s Howe fit now and listen to the other England lads talk about how fit and fast he is now.
Gordon cost £45m + 5m in add on’s.
I don’t think Newcastle are in for Johnson we were linked last year but not this transfer window.
