The 25-year-old Bafana striker Lepasa isn’t as popular at Pirates as he used to be. He will finish the season at SuperSport United, where Gavin Hunt will be his coach.

The two teams agreed that Zakhele Lepasa will play for Matsatsantsa on loan until the end of the season.

Mamelodi Sundowns wants to offer Jali a new contract, but they won’t meet the player’s camp’s alleged financial demands. After winning a lot of individual player awards last season, Jali’s people think he deserves a big new deal. He is also the current MTN8 Last Man Standing, the DStv Premiership Midfielder of the Season, and the Nedbank Cup Player of the Tournament.

“They have offered Jali a little more than he is getting now, but that is not enough. The length of the contract they are giving is also a problem. “Jali will be 33 in April, which is a factor in and of itself,” said a source at Choorklop.
