      Kulusevski looks like he could develop into an attacking forward and it remains to be seen about Bentacur. He must be better than Ndombele though because he never plays and has a bad attitude.

      Great signing, upgrade on all midfielders we have, strong on the ball, extremely creative, similar to Tiago Alcantara and Jorginho without penalties, played under Sari, Pirlo and now Alegri

      Hopefully Bentancur will prove me wrong, but I’m skeptical of this signing. The fact that Juventus fans are thrilled he’s leaving speaks volumes. He doesn’t seem like an improvement on what we have. What gives me hope is that Villa also wanted to sign him and Gerrard of all people should have a good eye for a midfielder.

      I realize that a lot of people here making comments about players only know about the stars and headliner on teams and do not watch games or the teams to see how those other players performed. So they sit around waiting for them to fail so here we go with with players the manager don't need. Even our host here is reach to sound intelligent about the topic without sounding clueless.

      A lot of spurs fans are clueless and negative since these bloggers have given them a voice its all coming out,slagging the new signings off without knowing nothing about them and you wonder why other club fanbase are laughing at us.

      I’m Uruguayan, same country as Bentancur. Playing for our country he’s been bang average and absolutely frustrating to watch. He is very slow and needs work on the ball, I was really hoping you guys would go for the Uruguayan that Juventus wanted in his place Nahitan Nandez.. that guy is a beast. Now Bentancur, is still young and was only 20 million so I still think that’s a bargain, hopefully Conte can improve him.

      Stay positive. They are better than Lo celso who is always injured and Ndombele who has no passion and is lazy… yes we didn’t sign Luis Diaz, which I think too risky and expensive like Ndombele deal but sigining two solid players with potentials is still good during winter.

      One thing I've realised at the transfer target of Conte is that if he couldn't get decent CBs, then he'd better get players in the mid that solid and dependable won't allow the opponent's ball to progress further into his own half.

      I was a massive fan Juve when Ronaldo first joined and watching bentancur play he's aggressive, more attacking threat than winks(he's got good shots in him) and always gives full for the badge. And that's the kind of players we need atm, I'm sure he'll do a good job here

      Cracks me up people knocking theses signings. We can’t attract big players as we’re not as big as the likes of Liverpool, city, united and chelsea. These two players will help us push for 4th and then when we’re in the champions league then a few bigger names will join.

      Bentancur – he's won A LOT of hardware in his career already – CONTE wants mentally tough players,… he wants winners. VERY Happy with both Bentancur and Kulusevski – COYS!

      It seems clear to me Conte will rely on the 3-4-3 rather than the 3-5-2. Two reasons a) it suits our squad better (gaping hole in our squad when Conte arrived was creative midfielder & attacking three one of our strongest assets). b) He had great success with that system at Chelsea (playing mostly Matic and Kante). So a reliable CM who is better on the ball than Hojbjerg is essential. Lets hope Kulusevski can become a creative powerhouse like Hazard and we're laughing

      Lots of comments on the negativity of the toxic fan base. I predict that they will destroy the club long before any failings of the actual managerial or playing staff. Back years ago (1950s) us supporters let the club deal with a business that they had the expertise in doing. We all have opinions & I recall when they signed two players I thought would improve us no end (Terry Medwin & Cliff Jones) but that didn't make me a bloody expert, it was opinion that happened to match those officials within the club. Today's so alleged fans are too busy slagging each other off as their stupid ego's conflict. Never bothered with that trash years ago as it was bugger all to do with anyone else if I chose to follow Spurs. COYS.
