      City isn’t going for Rice as of now. But Arsenal shouldn’t sit on it because if City decides to go for him then the transfer will be done before Arsenal executives can pick up their phone. City doesn’t mess around. When they decide, they go after the player like it’s the only thing they need.

      Rice should be the main target for an already perfectly balanced side. Kovacic is a great signing but Rice aswell should be on the list

      Hopefully pep and city get him as for sure he wont win things at arsenal even chelsea with poch would be better over the years. Phillips wont plat at city not good enough. Imagine dec and rodri together unbeatable.

      As an Arsenal fan, it’s good to see we want to budget our funds but on the other hand you need to over pay for this type of player.

      Rice is a West Ham legend in an era where top ballers cost around £100m. This is slightly different however because Declan Rice is not a prospect. He is the real deal with experience of doing it.

      Trophy for West Ham, leading in a lot of statistics and Englands best win under Southgate was against Germany thanks to a World Class performance by Rice.

      We are looking at a difference maker in a very important position.

      You are not just signing the player. You are shaking hands with everybody looking them in the eyes and swearing you’re here to win.

      Danny Murphy sees football like an old school Englishman football brain. Pep will never in a million years nor will most continual managers use rice as attacking mid or winger like silva. I mean Declan rice as winger replacing silva? Must be a joke. Rice isn’t fast enough, cute enough, or technically good enough to replace any city players. Xhanka yes. 100m over priced by 30m.

      Arsenal are messing about on this one and may miss out again. Wouldn’t be shocked if Man City bid £90m plus Kalvin Phillips to get the deal over the line.
