Pompey have signed midfielder Terry Devlin from Glentoran for an undisclosed fee.
The 19-year-old Northern Ireland under-21 international has penned a three-year deal, with the club option of a further 12 months.

No idea what level he's at, obviously I'm not massively clued up on NI footy after reading up on the lad, he made the switch to full time pro football last season and established himself as one of the stars for his team, saw a report saying he's a physical and aggressive midfielder with lots of end product, from this interview it seems like he's got a great attitude and exciting to see how he develops, could be a masterclass signing. He was attracting interest from lots championship clubs and even palace were keeping an eye on him
