I have a horrendous feeling of impending doom.
It is beginning to look likely that we will miss out on Declan Rice as well as Caicedo.
From what looked like a promising, exciting transfer window this looks like we could be heading for one of the most disappointing windows ever, which is frankly unacceptable.
This is the year we need to bolster a very talented squad with quality additions but we will miss the boat again.

I think Arteta wants experience, which Caicedo does lack, compared to our other Midfield targets, maybe Arteta dont want another Sambi or Fabio, we need players to come in and handle the pressure. Caicedo only has 18 months of first team football

I be happy with Rice and another striker at arsenal. But we need another CM/DM too.
I think rice being 100 million plus and a Harvert a 70 million I think their budget is 200 million so caceido also being signed would make it over the 200 million budget arsenal got.
