Realistically nobody is worth £100m however nobody other than West Ham fans watch every minute of West Ham, unless you see his impact week in week out you don't see his true value, hes not a highlights player, but he's a brilliant footballer and reads the game as good as anyone I've ever seen.

Rice is a good player but I would rather have Caicedo. Arsenal need 4 to 5 really good players this summer, then 2 to 3 players in Jan. to have a depth. If they lose 2-3 players this summer, getting 2-3 players won't build depth. Rice over 100 mil??? 90 mil plus add ons, that's a fair offer from Arsenal.

As a West Ham fan, we are more than happy to keep him if you can’t afford 120m. 80m is way below from even being disrespectful, let alone decent value. Selling Rice is bringing this club immediate and very high risk of relegation, knowing that the impact of Rice is never replaceable. In other words, 120m is minimum cost to buy us the premier league status.
