London Irish duo Henry Arundell & Ben White join Hask and Payno to chat about their careers and their meteoric rise from schoolboys; going into great detail about some ‘interesting’ living conditions in their academy days!

Known by many for two incredible tries that went viral, Henry reveals who’s taken him under their wing in England camp and it’s not who you think it might be… And, Ben spills the beans on his move from Leicester to the Exiles as well as his unexpected Scotland call-up and his on-field relationship with Finn Russell.

Payno also does his best mockney Hask impression and the Hoff responds with a tale of a hot-tub encounter with an Irish legend in Vegas! It makes little sense to us, too.

  1. This episode highlights why fans end up loving players like Genge, Cowan-Dickie, Lawes and Nowell etc. Nothing against these lads, they're both good value in fairness, but the posh brigade is overcrowded in rugby.

  2. Listening to the "lock – in" podcast of extras from this episode right now and …….I feel like my eyebrows have literally been burned right off of my forehead… loving it. LOL maybe the most well spent $4.99 ever.
