  1. Keeping Reiss instead of losing him for free? No brainer.
We need depth, and someone who can come in and score goals. Reiss can do that that.

  2. Nelson has been a starboy graduate of the academy long before Saka and ESR10. He suffered unfair injuries that derailed his development trajectory which was absolutely phenomenal until the injuries.

Keeping him is absolutely an Arteta decision. He rates the boy extremely high. Probably even higher than both Saka and Martinelli according to rumors!

Furthermore, Arteta wants to send a strong message to the academy graduates that Arsenal will not abandon its youth in difficult times.

Another thing is the promise from the medical team assurances that he’s shown that he’s put his troublesome injuries behind him. If he doesn’t perform, the club can cash in on him for a good fee.

He’s very good. Watch his videos, there’s definitely something there!

  3. William Saliba (CB) ELITE

4 of our most valuable players have extended to 2028 !!!!
God willing the next 5 seasons will be full of success and we win our first UCL and a couple PL titles !!!

  4. Here's why you extend Reiss Nelsons contract: 1. If he left for free, how much would it cost to replace him (and yes, we would need to replace him)? We wouldn't bring in a project player…2. We can now sell the player in a year or two if we want to and make some $$ back on him. The salary is high but it's a no brainer from the club. Lastly, he's shown some serious potential this season…He was once considered the crown jewel of the arsenal academy and started in Artetas first game as manager of Arsenal….He likes the player and we have to trust his/Edu's judgement because they deserve that trust.
