The problem is that Brennan is on comically low wages compared to others in the squad and considering his value to the team. One of these other clubs could double, triple or quadruple his pay.

Both Everton and West Ham offer nothing for BJ, in fact it’s a step down. Forest are not selling their top player for under 100 million. If state run football clubs like city or the bar codes come in.. then I can see it happening. Honestly if Lodi and Henderson comes I’ll be delighted.

The naivety on here is astounding. Forest are in no position to ‘build a team around’ or give out big contracts. Stop players moving and ambitious players won’t sign.
