He will be brought in for depth. A bench player to bring on for Rodri or stonsey for the last 20 mins or so. A player with experience and someone who should have no problems playing their best.

People don't realise that Kova can now fit City, but it doesn't mean he can fit Chelsea as well or that Chelsea is making mistake ! You have to separate these two, as for now Kova is needed for Peps plan to dominate ! Chelsea have other plans and Kova doesn't suit this squad anymore !
