Fernando Vargas brings his three sons on for a very special episode of paulie.tv (it’s long). Paulie gives his advice to the young boxers and they breakdown the state of amateur boxing, the come up and what it’s like to be the sons of a former world champion while trying to make a name for themselves in the sport.

  1. Im looking forward to watching these guys achieve success in boxing always been a big fan of Vargas he did a great job raising his sons that story he said about his dad leaving him hanging as a kid was real emotional & Pauly is born for this Podcast stuff ..

  2. Damn! We all have family problems that somehow we all can relate to.
but it is amazing to see these kids and see right away that they have values and a Friendship and respect for el Feroz. That tells you more than 1000 words. And Paulie. Damn bro you were my favorite boxing analyst! I’s so happy i fond out about your podcast!

  3. I unsubscribed on Paulie because I realize how biased he is and it seems he gets jealous over some fighters for no good reason at all

  4. I’m thankful with god that I can relate with this family even as fighters not boxing fighter but fighting for our goals being first generation American was tough but having three brothers and a sister being able to speak to each other when we see mistakes and so far all three being college graduate 2 engineers one in political science since working on the onion fields when we were young to finally growing and seeing we immigrants have so much to offer and all we can do is work hard for what we want and love like Vargas said the most dangerous man is a family man

  5. why do these kids talk like they know everything like they are champions already, I just don't think Amado is from Fernando I think his father is black

  6. Not to cap but I’ve always been really athletic no matter what sport it was basketball, soccer, football, tennis, badminton, ultimate frisbee etc… I’ve always did great But I’ve always wanted to do boxing 🥊 I feel like it comes naturally to me I’m obviously not a goat but I feel like can box and if got trained I would’ve been someone in that sport

  7. Such well mannered cool kids Fernando raised. very friendly, polite and down to earth. Have a lot of charisma and are well spoken. good luck to them

  8. Vargas always came to fight, if you paid to watch you knew at least that one competitor was going to give it his all. If the kids have half the fathers fight and determination they'll do well, how successful they'll be will be down to their skill levels.

  9. Man I really want to see how far these young bucks go! God bless you Fernando Vargas and of course your Wife cause I can tell you built a solid family unit! I love seeing that in any people!

  10. Fernando I went to Channel Islands High School and was at school when you came home from the Olympics and came through the school and your swag somehow rubbed off on me and inspired me to learn to throw hands. Being one of few whiteboys at CIHS and in my hood I always had some battle at hand and learned how to handle myself because of you…. I never was able to take it to a competitive level but I am proud to say I’ve defended myself and my friends and my wife etc. successfully every single time since that day. I’m also proud to say that I’ve never started a fight but am always prepared to finish them. Also shout out to your little brother whom I had an art class with. He was damn proud of you. I wish nothing but the best for you and yours Champ!
