I strongly believe that Poch has made his first big mistake as a Chelsea Manager. Letting Joao leave is not the right decision in my opinion. There are so many players who should leave instead of Felix. Chukuemeka and RLC for example. I see Chelsea in the same position next season under Poch. Felix didn't score goals this but it's no doubt he's a fantastic player. All he needed was the right manager.
