Just been reading some articles about how other clubs in the premiership operate. Majority have guideline amounts by the CEO then the DOF, the manager and scouts decide who to buy. So spurs have no DOF or manager so how can we be talking of buying this player and that player. WRONG. LEVY you stick to making money and hire those with more football experience than you to decide on the building of the team.
Such a shame to see people chanting ENIC out yet they still go every game and give money to ENIC… #mugs
