Obviously Kane’s preference is to stay in the premier league and break shearers record, along with winning a trophy. But it isn’t so simple.

If Levy won't sell him then what can he do? Not handing in a transfer request does not mean that he isn't ambitious and wouldn't move. It just means that he doesn't want things to end badly at Spurs.

I have questioned his ambition for a few years now.
no team will ever win a thing with Kane in the team, he is a born loser sportswise. look at Spurs, look at England, they have both promised so much yet have failed dismally, take Kane out and both teams would do far better, it's not just about the goals scored, it is about the top players spurring you on to be able to win, Kane is Captain yet he is unable to get a team able to win anything, he could score 100 goals but if he ignores his defence then they could concede 150, that is why they lose.
Perry is 💯 right. Kane lacks serious ambition. He's another Shearer and Vardy but difference is they were loyal servants and legends of their clubs but winners.
Money is his ambition
Kane doesnt seem to want to leave the league and hes missed the City deal already. He could be great and win at Bayern or Real Madrid but he doesnt want to move from the looks of it. All he will have is beaten Shearer's record at the end of his career.
It would depend on who offers to buy him and for how much. If he moves isnt 100% in his control this year.
