Well said Pep sometimes your just not good enough or consistent enough , it got to the stage where given Raheems best position was on the left wing and so is Phils then he isn’t getting in , no chance
He is a brilliant manager. But he is a man and like everyone he can get it wrong. The problem is, he has too many top class players to choose from. Obviously he can’t play them all so from time to time he will have a few players with huge egos to contend with.
