Kovacic is a above average midfielder who just can't score goals from midfield (3 goals since he has been at the club) we need some one who can get 8/10 plus goals each year from midfield

I was recently surprised to learn that Barkley is only 27. That's a good age for a footballer. I'd keep him around as an option, and sell him at the end of the year once the kids are back. But honestly if he's happy re-signing at a decent wage, I'd keep him around. He's a good backup with a lot of tools.

I’m actually looking forward to seeing a future back line of Ampadu – Christensen – Malang Sarr with Reece and Chilwell at wingback. I think Ampadu is better in the back 3 than in midfield

If anyone saw Ruben play at Fulham they would have thought it was over for him but it goes to show how important playing under a good coach and a system is for a young player.
