  1. I disagree with Keane, I think Big Sam would want the job at Leeds, they are a big club, great fan base and have potential, they should be a stable PL club, he took West Ham up from the Championship and he could do it again, the owner might want a younger manager though

  2. I don't think anyone can really complain about the three going down. I feel for their fans, but it was deserved, some premiership players just aren't hungry enough.

  3. Ha ha ha ha ha, bang on as usual Mr Keane!! And they were touting Big Sam for the England job?? πŸ˜‚

  4. Does anybody still rate Big Sam as a manager? I mean he did well for us (West Brom) but ultimately dropped us.. he's championship manager at most…!

  5. As a lifelong Leeds fan im heartbroken but last season we survived by a miracle and this season we didnt fix our defensive issues which led to us rightfully going down,we had the goals to easily keep us up but no team can survive shipping an average of 2 per game, many argued with me when i said i wish we got Dyche before Everton did and yes our football would have been a lot more dull but with his style of play we could have kept games within reach and given our attacking talent a chance to win games,i firmly believe if we got Dyche we would still be in the prem and thats all that counts for a team like Leeds at the moment.

  6. I remember a phone-in on Talksport at the start of the season. More than half thought they would be playing in Europe next year πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  7. Aussie Leeds fan so bit biased but Ange Postecoglou would be perfect. People in England might scoff but everywhere hes been he's walked into a mess and walked out with trophies and that includes the Australian national team. The Championship would be the perfect stepping stone for him personally too.

  8. Big Meeks said what I've been saying for a year and a half now. The worst thing they did was to get rid of Bielsa! Not only did they get rid of Bielsa, but all of his coaches as well. The only thing Leeds had going for it was their fitness. They were the most fit team in the Prem at one point! Granted, it wore most players out and caused injuries, but still, everyone gave their everything. That's all we like to see. Even worse is getting rid of Marsch. At least he kept the team attacking and going forward. He got them up and running early in the season at least. The transfers were really poor though. Pretty much every signing is a flop under Marsch besides Gnonto. Every single defender they have brought in is not up to the task. I thought Kristensen was a good signing at first, but no, Ayling is better as a right back.

  9. way too much is being made of Sam Allardyce's role in Leeds' relegation. He was in charge for 4 games, clearly not his fault. The players aren't good enough, their recruitment has been poor, and the board has gone through 3 managers this season. Poorly run club.

  10. It’s honestly deserved and the fans could all tell you that, how we just have to come back in the championship and show that we are ready to come back

  11. Every season its the same thing everyone says the relegated teams should come straight backup! Well I feel that disrepects the championship it is a very tough league and very physical and competitive so no relegated club is gifted to bounce straight back there is a lot of quality sides in the championship

  12. A lot of the Leeds players just weren’t up to the standard ..

So many avoidable mistakes & never really got any better or progressed from their first season back up when they surprised a lot of teams until teams started to nullify Leeds tactics quite easily & Leeds never adapted…

  13. It was poor coaching. Every pass was launch the ball into the box and hope for a deflection. This is why its ridiculous when Sam compares himself to Pep or Mourinho.

  14. Better clubs like Sunderland and Shefield Wednesday need to be in the PL. The likes of Leeds and Newcastle just have noisy fans they are tinpot in reality.

  15. They gave Big Sam 4 games and most of the games were against top clubs. It's absurd to blame him for Leeds going down. He had virtually no chance.

  16. Any team that hires big Sam when there's someone like Roy Keane that could manage them is a disgrace! Something dodgy going on here? They wanted relegation!!?

  17. Half of Leeds ownership wanted to get relegated. Now the 49ers American group can offer a lower price on their buyout option for majority stake.

  18. I understood why Bielsa was let go…..but wasn't happy. Jesse should never have been kept on after last season, I thought Gracia was on to something but alas no….we need a manager who knows how to get promotion and also promotes a style where we're hard to beat and easy on the eye.

  19. Leicester are in trouble. Entire squad will jump ship to Newcastle, Arsenal, Man U etc and I doubt they will recruit well enough to replace Maddison etc.
