      Firstly… New manager… Get Will Still in, sell rice to Arsenal, 90m + Balogun (who’s young and has banged them in at Reims this season with Still as manager)
      Then out with the old… thanks for your service Fab, Cress, Oggy, Coufal, Lanzini, Soucek, Ings and Antonio if he wants to leave. Then in with the youth and potential… Livramento and kotchap from the saints, Gnonto and Summerville from Leeds, Onana from Everton. Having raided the relegation teams, I’d get in kerkez from Az, and I’d take Barnes fro leicester

      Anyone who has any end product is an upgrade on benni, if we were to swap barnes for benni both players would be in their ideal league

      Palhinha: no thanks. Ward-Prowse's stats and leadership qualities are infinitely better; like you say, we already have a Palhinha-like player in Downes. Harvey Barnes with Benny as cover, and Ward Prowse with Flynn Downes beside him and we have Rice covered and some great mentorship for Downes, plus one of the leagues best crossers and free kick taker. Cornet just needs a consistent chance in the team and like you say, Geo, I'm pretty sure he will be able to cover admirably for Bowen. If this is true, then it's exciting!

      I would sit downe with Paqueta and ask him who he would love to work with, you need someone that will enhance the team and fit in with the players we have. Barnes would be a massive upgrade on the left then play Benny or Fornals as a ten.

      We need enzo le fee from lorient. Been watching the French league after Will Still came around and lorient have a serious baller. Young aggressive skillful and a good tackler. Not a direct declan rice replacement but Get someone in and have enzo and paqueta and we have something really good to build on. You guys should look into him

      Would love Barnes, but think he is only available if they go down. I don't know about 50 though. 40 and I snap it up. I do think we need a squad CB. Give me Yerry Mina on a free. As a plus, both Barnes and Mina are repped by Wasserman😊

      I'd love to see barnes come in. However as much as I may dream, and dreaming.. is let's face it in our dna.
      I feel he could go to much stronger side. If he leaves I see it being liverpool or villa he goes to

      Paqueta has taken since last 2 months to settle in.
      So the arguement of players not being used to the premiership pace and physicality does stand up.

      How do we know Barnes tracks back?, Benny has learnt how to do this over the last few seasons and is a more rounded player, he has been a shining light this season for me.

      Leicester have been shit with Barnes even though he has scored 14 goals, not convinced on this one

      Sparta Prague Captain Ladislav Krejci is my pick for Rice replacement. Very good player and Kretinsky links would be helpful. Get Gonzo to have a little scout on youtube.
      Also… i would consider Aguerd playing in that role. He has alot of similar attributes to Dec and could be an alternative option?

      Barnes would be a top signing but it does worry me that Villa are after him. They are closer to home, willing to pay more wages and wrap deals up quickly. They would probably wrap up the deal before Sullivan even puts in his first low ball offer. A lot depends on if us or Villa are in Europe i would imagine.

      We need to be realistic and accept that £50m will not buy us a like-for-like replacement for a £100m player. There are just a handful of players in Declan's tier and they're all worth £100m+. However a decent £50m CDM and an upgrade in other areas could see us improving overall as a team, albeit a little weaker where Declan once was.

      I think Moyes should give Kehrer one more season to try to make right back his number one position in the squad. I'd be looking at moving the Czech boys on after the final regardless of whether we win or lose.

      Barnes to West Ham would be seen as a step down. He would expect to be on the radar of top six teams. You just know we would end up with Steptoe Vardy 😅

      Understand where you are coming from – OK< DM stays but what is happening with a Director of Football? Surely they can't both be signing players?

      Barnes would be brilliant. I'd be buzzing if we get him.
      sadly I think Eddie howe is after him and I'm sure he'll be on everyone's list this summer.
