People always seem to assume Liverpool have rich owners like city but we don’t which is why we couldn’t get Bellingham and why we’re not after rice unless West Ham lower their asking price.
Both haven’t realised Liverpool are in the Europa League. Both also seem to think Arsenal won’t improve next season but everyone else will. Sums up the amateurish broadcasting at Talk Sport.
I agree. I'd rather get Bellingham and one of the free transfers available on the market (Tielemans etc Gundogan would be nice but unlikely) rather than say Mac Allister and Mount.

The issue I persoanlly see with Rice is that the best version of him is one thats allowed to swashbuckle and drive forward with abandon. A bit of prime Steven Gerrard and prime Bryan Robson rolled together.
But top top teams demand structure, and I would wonder if a reigned-in Rice is a 100m footballer for an top of the league team.
