Hate Newcastle as a Sunderland fan, but these Man United fans are embarrassing with the claims they had yesterday. The way their players even surrounded the red after the Ronaldo goal was a total embarrassment. I even thought the Newcastle pen should have been awarded and I can't stand these lots, but they were the better team yesterday.

VAR makes the officials even worse then they already are
Gallacher is wrong about the Ronaldo goal scored from the Newcastle freekick. The ref blew the whistle to recommence play and then the Newcastle defender rolled the ball back from a dead-ball position towards the goalkeeper. Therefore the freekick has been taken and the goal should have stood.
