At this point Kalvin Phillips who has experienced a season of Pep training/culture would be a better signing than Declan Rice. The value of the Pep programme cannot be understated
The more Man City players Arsenal can get, the more chance they will have to win the league. If they can sweep up some players from the likes of Cancelo, Phillips, Laporte, Mahrez, even Cole Palmer and Rico Lewis – imagine their squad

Arsenal is the most overrated team ever..those young boys lack winning experience. I said it at the beginning that just because they are on a good run doesn't mean they will it..a good run without experience means nothing.. even man city realized through experience that you can have the best attack but defense wins you the league. Thats why we let go of average defensive players like zincheko, cancelo..even Jesus is avarage

Declan Rice will not be signing for Arsenal, he has openly said that he wants to be at a club that competes for the UCL and titles, Arsenal are quite obviously not that club. It's rumoured amongst fans that if Arsenal are the only team that come in for him then he'd rather stay at West Ham, the pull of only having 6 champions league group stage games isn't enough for him to leave.
