    Hansi Flick asks to leave Bayern Munich: How do they replace the ‘perfect manager’? | ESPN FC



    Bayern Munich head coach Hansi Flick says he has told the club he wants to leave at the end of the season. Flick, whose contact runs until June 2023, made the announcement after his side beat Wolfsburg 3-2 to move seven points clear at the top of the table. ESPN FC’s Jan Aage Fjortoft joins Dan Thomas to try and make sense of it all.

      All these differences between shalidazamich and hansi flick and another one Joachim Lowe retiring after 2014 and hansi flick wanting to replace him are all side shows not the main reason.
      The main reason is Bayern Munich under hansi flick has not be able to replicate the same kind of results it achieved last year "The TREBLE". With the loss in dfb pokal in the 2nd round was the start, and losing to psg Paris quarter finals (on away goals) was the 2nd part, and winning a bundesliga is no longer considered a achievement by Bayern Munich.
      Bayern Munich is also one among the club's along with real Madrid , Barcelona , which does not tolerate failures in champion league , these failures cost carlo-anchelloti, niko-kovac thier jobs at Bayern Munich, even it is rumored that Bayern Munich was mulling of sacking jupp heynkes for his "loosing treble(where his team lost champions league final, dfb pokal final ,very close second in bundesliga) .
      So probably this disappointment may have driven Hansi flick to make this decision , mind you this announcement was made after a short duration of champions league exit of bayern Munich.

      Germany going to play beautiful football under Flick. Flick does extremely well in knock out style tournaments. Bayern were able to play with heavy pressure and attacking football in the champions league in 2020 because of it being so short.

      Guys chill. There’s nothing confirmed that he will be the new national team coach. I hope so but so far it’s only speculations. So don’t take it for granted. The main reason he is leaving Bayern is tired of working with Salihamidzic.

      Rings in the United States he is a great guy and his tactics work brilliantly with the national team ESPN FC. This is bittersweet although I’m sad he’s leaving by and I am happy he is joining the Mannschaft and we cannot stand and coaches success, especially one humble as hmm. Turned around the mess from Nico Kovac and also Carlo Ancelorti. Best of luuck this is a blame game between Flick and Flick like my man said, it is about the German National team. And yes it is very hard to find that manager it has been a few like you mentionedauch as Heinckes. Remember he was a German national team assistant coach from 06 to 14 and he also played at bayern we will miss send Mia San Mia. Bayern I think have a fully capable coach I like his career and is he will do well and also he could just be a bridge coach in case it does not work out.
