Get a grip…a grown man with any kind of fortitude, probably wouldn't be on that platform anyway, but if he was, he'd just laugh and shrug it off. This whole online abuse stuff is pathetic. Firstly, top players have social media execs to handle their public facing accounts.
Secondly, they should have private accounts for friends and family only.
Thirdly, they should – if they don't already – have social media training, ie DON'T go looking for comments about yourself because social media is largely toxic.
Can we have some grown up conversation about this please. A lot of people have real problems. These young millionaire lads are pampered and pandered to like never before, and it's not doing them any favours.
