Get one of the two and get Tielemans for free or cheaper Neves or any bargain work-horse, strong, pacey, DM who is a leader from abroad. But, one goal-scoring striker is a must. Mane can help a season or two but a younger version if possible.

Xhaka is one of Arsenals problems. The guy isnt what is needed to win trophies at Arsenal, he isnt a winner or a leader. Rice would be an upgrade, but you will need more than just him.
