Kawasaki Frontale extended their lead at the top of the J1 League to eight points after winning 3-0 away to Urawa Reds, with second-placed Cerezo Osaka dropping points to Kashima Antlers. Miki Yamane and Yu Kobayashi gave Kawasaki a two-goal lead either side of half-time, before Leandro Damião pounced on a rebound in the 90th minute.
