Is Jesús Ferreira headed to Napoli?
Down year post world cup for ALL U.S. team members…Egan- Reyna Sub-super as opposed to super sub….
Not a huge fan of draws, but some games that end in a draw can be more exciting then games with winners.
Balogun is oficially coming to the USMNT!
As an MLS fan, I remain mystified by fans of European soccer who continue to insist that a promotion-relegation system without a salary cap is more fair than MLS's system; that there is more equality among teams within the European leagues than in MLS; and that a championship structure that lacks a playoff is ultimately more exciting. With the exception of Napoli, the victories – yet again – in their respective leagues of Man City, Barcelona, and, in all likelihood, Bayern Munich suggest that the opposite is true. Most of these leagues' titles are decided weeks before the end of the season, with the same handful of teams winning year after year, while the perennial underdogs fight less to win the championship than to avoid losing and being sent into relegation. How that Is more fair or, ultimately, more interesting than MLS's structure, which has allowed 15 different teams to win the championship in 30 years, is beyond me.
US people. Will never understand Ultra fans and there love of their clubs.
