I think both Arsenal and Brighton are in the same situation regards to squad depth for obvious different reasons, both need to invest to kick on and both need it to go to the next level. But from a Brighton fans perspective, I don't think blowing a large portion of your budget on 1 player (Rice or Moises) is the correct way to go…
