We need a couple of signings with prem experience. We're not RB Leeds utd. Our signings are at best a gamble

The club could maybe have been stronger, Rapha could have maybe considered the club’s position a little? It’s just so gauling to see the reduced Barca fee compared to the Chelsea one is seriously pi$$ing me off. Talk me down Kagey

Purely from googling it, it’s prohibited for a player agent to also represent a club. Deco is, or at least was, Barca’s South American scout. It was on Barca’s Twitter page circa 18 months ago. Doesn’t change anything for us, but it’s just another thing that sticks in my throat
Thought Phillips would have been announced by with his injury record maybe that deal isn’t straight forward

For goodness sake the club needs to be clear with Raphinha that he either accepts Chelsea’s offer by the end of next week or he’s not going anywhere before January. Offer him a new contract with a big raise and release clauses and he might just go for it because he can’t down tools if he wants to go to the World Cup. We can’t keep this saga going and fundamentally Raphinha is an employee – I care about Leeds’ future not Raphinha’s career. If Barca don’t pay up then do what Levy did with Kane and show some strength. As I said he’ll have to give his all at least for the first half of the season.
If Barcelona refuses to pay 60 – 65 million and raph refuses to go anywhere else which could ultimately f up our chances of getting in 3 extra players then they need to lay the law down to raph n say" your not going for less than 60 million which Chelsea are offering us, you either go to Chelsea or u stay and sit on the bench risking your chances to play in this year's world cup" we need to show some authority as he's still under contract until 2024, 60 – 65 mill or f off! I don't care who he goes to aslong as we get what he's worth.

As per normal the club is extremely poor in being organised for the preseason training and games. We are playing 5 games or so for. Given our squad has not even returned from holidays yet we are not going to be ready for the seasons start.
I'm hoping the Inevitable KP and Raphinha departure get sorted soon, even though it seems Marsch and Orta aren't waiting around.
Leeds fans in the comments. I was just curious what's the opinion like in your fanbase on the Raphinha saga with him forcing your club to accept 10-15 million pounds less for him just because he wants to join a broke club?

Unfortunately with this squad minus our best players we will finish around the bottom. It's seriously worried that we are not getting a better left back firpo is not good enough. Cdk is not proven premier league quality we need to recruit better for our first team otherwise relegation looms
Great content as always. When Cooper was out injured the back line went to pieces so for me he needs to stay as captain at least until all the new signings find their feet at LUFC (hopefully!) and we see who fits and maybe who doesn't.

Kalvin deserves the move and I am happy for him but seeing him in Man City gear makes me want to throw up. I suppose it could have been worst.
Get the impression that the 49ers won't commit anymore funds until/if they takeover. Forcing Radz to see the reality that it'll be a real struggle for him to get us to be comfortable in the Prem never mind regular top half, pushing for Europe ie his aim.
I think we going to miss all our targets due we are too slow and we will only get 3rd. Choice targets and we will be fight bottom 3

Hi Kagey Another great video and chat. I hope the Raphinha saga is soon sorted out for all concerned. Chelsea would have been the best deal for us with getting a large amount up front to help us get the players we need to shore up the team for next season. I can understand Raphinha digging his heels in if he really wants to go to Barcelona. Jack Harrison has said the lads are really raring to go. I really do hope so after the shambolic season we had. Lets hope and pray they hit the ground running.The signings that have been made so far, I think are really good but we need an experienced goal keeper, striker and left back.
We should offer Raphinha a one year extension. That means more salary for him and we maintain his value until other clubs that claim to want him get their act together. We cannot be held to ransom by small broke clubs like Barcelona, by agents telling their clients fairy tales and trying to sell them pipedreams about Barcelona being interested, or by the players themselves. If Raphinha refuses a one year extension then if need be do a Daniel Levy and make him see out his contract with us if we don't get a fair offer for him that he is also prepared to accept and agree personal terms on even if it's not with the club he wants.

Get the best price for Raphina. It isn't the clubs problem that Barca can't get the funds together. I feel Leeds has been more than accommodating with Raphina and now the club needs to get business done. Bottom line is keep him until January or force the move to Chelsea.
