As a moroccan and barca fan, am glad Sophia amrabat will join us. He is both physical and great technically, he is similar to Frankie de jong but better defensively. He has a the ability to carry the ball from defense to the offense .
As long as he doesn’t come in the way of Messi, great signing.

His a different profile its a fair valuation for me his ideal someone who can play the holding role on his own we cant run away to the fact that busi gets exposed for lack of pace and power when de jong is not playing so its time to move on yes not the neat passer as busi but we have to move one busi is past his best we cant dwell around old players we cant afford rodri who would be the ideal person so why not give the best cdm of the world cup a shot his is a very good player

He is worse Casemiro, which is nothing bad, Casemiro is the best destroyer type 6 if all time. Amrabat is worse in possession and his long shots are nowhere Casemiros. Maybe his technique will improve at Barca, we can see that it’s working with Araujo. For the price and potential we should 100% go for him. He is also hot for Barca.
These are the types of players we need. Players who are fighters.
I very much doubt Amrabat’s market value is going to be below 40 MEur. Adding to that, when the transfer is about to settle, the auctions will increase the price with another 10 MEur (Liverpool, PSG …).

You have to remember we’re most likely going to sell Kessie in the summer so funds will also go towards that transfer. I don’t think he’s a bad option for our midfield.

Like I said before. Instead of spending 40 mil for Vitor Roque, use that money to buy Amrabat and Arnau Martinez since both have a 20-25 mil price tag. A quality ST that Barca can get would be Marcus Thruam since he's FREE. That's the smart move to make in my eyes.
I don’t think he’s a priority. I think we can continue to develop Eric and Frenkie in that 6 role. I don’t understand why don’t we use double pivot at times which would benefit frenkie and kessie while pushing pedri closer to goal. Also we have Nico coming from loan and Marc Casado who can both play in that role in rotation or against smaller clubs. Priority is RB and ST. Abde can come in as a LW to compete with the others. Also don’t understand why not get Arnau who we get for a reasonable price then sign Meunier on a free while Julian Araujo continues to develop.

i dont know if he has the needed quality on the ball, but he will give the attacking players a lot of freedom because of his work rate. for around 20 million its not a bad deal but we should also sign a young dm or start trusting in more of our players in that position. we should also sign messi and a RB before signing another CB. that way kounde would play as CB and its a win win
