mistake on Potters behalf. at Brighton he has a TEAM full of team players with only a few if any real star names……at Chelsea he will have plenty of star names but they don't work as a TEAM….
He will be sacked before the season ends.
Great move, brilliant manager , but don't be shocked if he does well ,and still gets paid for 3 and a half years when he's no longer at Chelsea
As a Utd fan sacking Tuchel was a big mistake. It was way too early into the season and he was the man to progress the club forward.
Potter has never managed a top club before and I definitely can't see Chelsea competing for the big competitions.

Wrong club. He'll need time to implement his philosophy with the players, but Chelsea don't allow that because its not instant success. He deserves a big club that'll give him time and Chelsea just aren't either of those things

What an absolute joke, not only is potter leaving to a rival club after 7 games but his entire coaching staff and assistant head of recruiting…utterly farcical. In no other sport in the world does this happen. Here’s to continued success for Brighton and hopefully no European qualification infusing the conference league for potter, Boehly and his band of merry prats.
