Everyone's assuming they canned Tuchel because of the poor start to the season. The new management/owners aren't that stupid. They didn't achieve the success they've achieved in acting that carelessly. People who follow the club closely have indicated there were other things going on for some time behind the scenes. They said he'd be let go even if they won the last game. Their play has deteriorated for some time. I think this may have been about culture and the new owners weren't happy with that. Just speculation.

the idea that tuchel was sacked "after 6 games" is hilarious when their "title challenge" last season ended with barely making europe and their superstar signing publicly asking to leave by january

Going from Tuchel to Potter doesn’t make too much sense to me, however I hope he does really well I’d love to see more British managers get a chance at bigger clubs

Chelsea is not the right club for a manager like Potter who will want time to instill his philosophy in the players and how the team plays. He'll not get a few results, Chelsea players will throw their toys in the pram as always when they get bored of a manager and Potter will get sacked

Chelsea fans don’t listen to these public outlets when they say that this ownership is like the previous one. The problems with Tuchel wasn’t mainly about things on the pitch it was deeper than that.
Should’ve stayed with tuchel till December! Spend nearly300 million and then sack him so soon new ownership but still same running of the club! Should’ve got Zidane instead of Potter
I’m a Chelsea fan and I’d like to see potter and his style of football at Chelsea , only thing I do worry about is his ability to get big named players behind him to go with his style of play , will the Chelsea players think they above him because he hasn’t managed a huge club like Chelsea 🤷🏽♂️ but I’m all for it if he can bring success to us again
