  1. I don’t usually acknowledge they lot. But why do they click on a video that the title states ā€œlet’s talk about Celticā€, honestly their the weirdest bunch eh fruit cakes on the plane. As for JJ, I personally don’t see him leaving just yet, champions league will hopefully keep him motivated.šŸ’ššŸ€

  2. HH Ryan Nody bigger than our Club if he wants to or getting his Head Turned to ask foe £30mil or mor at today's prices: Nobody worth anywhere near these price so take the mONEY 7 GET SOME 1 ELSE IN HH KTF

  3. Celtic don’t need the money, keep him and let big ange build us a decent team and he’s going the right way about it

  4. Ralston is equally as good in my opinion, especially in terms of effective crosses and defensive duties. The only major difference was the penalty kick specialty we will lose out on.

    Get money, get another in.

  5. If Celtic sell Josip Juranović, then Ā£15 million would be the most they could get for him.
With that money they should be able to find a capable replacement to compete with Anthony Ralston for the RB position, and with change to spare.
Calvin Bassey is worth more than Josip Juranović based upon future potential.
Bassey is just 22, and his form this year is on a major upward trajectory.
The Europa League was the ideal stage to showcase his talent, culminating in his man of the match performance in the final against Eintracht Frankfurt.
Juranović is almost 27, and has already reached his peak.
He has been a serviceable player for Croatia, with his best game being in the 1-0 result against France in the UEFA Nations League game in June.
Ryan, I don't agree with your assessment that he was "up there in the conversations as one of the best players in the league last season".
He was outstanding against Rangers in the 3-0 game, but missed a large chunk of the season through injury.
His performances were OK, but certainly not dominant.
Defensively he has lapses in concentration (for example, the Aaron Ramsey goal at Ibrox), and when he does go forward, his crosses into the box are erratic at best. (Ralston crosses are more accurate IMO)
On the positive side, Juranović is a great penalty taker.
Taking all this into account, £15 million is his worth.
Furthermore, teams like Chelsea & Manchester United shop in different markets.
You are right to say they want "big money" transfers, and that rules out Juranović.
If he leaves, it will be to a mid-tier EPL team at best.
Celtic signed Virgil van Dijk for just £2.6 million in 2013, and sold him for £13 million to Southampton in 2015, when he was just 24. In 2018 he joined Liverpool for £75 million.
Teams like Liverpool, Chelsea, Man City, etc. need to see at least two years of exceptional quality from a player in the top leagues like the EPL, La Liga, etc. before they pay the big bucks.
Unfortunately for teams like Celtic & Rangers, the SPFL is considered a diddy league.
Celtic fans describe Kieran Tierney as a "generational talent", but Arsenal paid just £25 million for him.
You can think what you like about Juranović, but I still think Ā£15 million is all you will get for him.

  6. Mate your team are domestic players. Rangers do well in Europe that's how bassey got a high selling price. You are deluded in your comparison but that's Celtic fans for you

  7. We don't need to sell, Jura will stay at least another year, I wouldn't consider even opening talks for any less than £25mill, Croatia International, young, has plenty of time left on his contract, has genuine sell on value and played consistently all last season unlike Bassey who only showed up towards the end of last season, they all wanted him, Laundstrum and Gio out in January remember.
