For all those wondering why a penalty wasn't given, it's simple. The PL wants Man City to win the league so that the betting companies (ultimately banks) don't lose a lot of money. If an unlikely team like Arsenal won the league, they would end up losing a lot of money.

Well.. that is in no way a Penalty to be honest. The Fulham player clearly dragged Walker first before Walker did the same.
As a city fan that was a bad performance pathetic we made Fulham look like a super team after thumping arsenal real Madrid and most teams knows city's weakness and that's defence I think I can confidently say real will knock us out of UCL and grealish and Silva both on two yellow cards we've just bottled the epl city won't get a trophy this season and wow Fulham deserved that penalty to draw
