      Business-wise, it is a masterstroke from Sir Jim to make an offer allowing Joel and Avram to retain a minority shareholding. This will make it very attractive to the Glazers, BUT won't give them the same return, so I guess it depends on the Glazers motivation for this sale. I think that, secretly, all along the Glazers have wanted to be completely rid of United but have made all their noises about minority investments and not being keen on a complete 100% sale as a negociating ploy to get as much as they can out of the bidders. Anyway, whatever the outcome between Sheikh Jassim and Sir Jim we will be essentially rid of the Glazers who will have little to no influence on the running of the club, hoorah! My overall concern is that the Sir Jim bid seems to do nothing to reduce the debt or provide for investment in the squad or the club infrastructure (the key word there though is SEEMS). Above all please let it end soon…..

      From the fans side the quataris bid is preferred considering the infrastructure development and debt free and all that, and in the other hand sir Ratcliffe bid benefits the current owner( keeping the share of the club) so I fear Glazer would choose the offer that will have them still own a share. Regardless we are still United the only thing changing here is ownership

      Utd's managers have always been backed in the transfer market. Perhaps they should allow FSG to take them over then the Ā£23m net spend that Liverpool receive will hit home as to how well Liverpool have done on a shoestring budget compared to Utd, City, Chelsea etc.

      When they Glazers are involved Everything is snail-like slow. From buying to selling players and now selling the club. I can't wait for when we we see the back of d glazers for good. And that means those wanting the club 100% get the club and not those seeking to keep d glazers on board.

      I think the big worry is not the glazers keeping shares in the club, the big worry is that Ratcliffe buys United with even more debt i.e. where is the money coming from for a new stadium and players? Probably even more debt. And what Nice fans are saying about Ratcliffe's ownership is even more worrying. The big problem is not the Glazer's keeping some shares, because they will give up majority voting rights. The big problem is not getting super wealth.

      Man united takeover deal is being dragged on to see if we qualify for champs league, so dont expect to hear anything important until all comps have ended. Possibly up until pre season.

      As a Milan fan, i can confidently say Elliott Management taking over Milan was a game changer. As much as i dislike Elliott as an organization, they know what they are doing. Might be worth considering their track record Man U fans.

      I prefer Sheikh al Jasim , Jim Radcliffe is another stingy investor like the Glazers. His club Nice is no where and wants to continue ruining united from where the Useless Glazers left. šŸ˜¢

      Fab is wrong, the glazers donā€™t want Ā£7billion they wanted Ā£6b or some around Ā£5.5b which is around $7b

      Radcliffe's offer to me feels like it is the one to win but the one which will be worse for the club. It will be more of the same and will not be what the club deserves after the Glazers.
