Thiago just spoke his mind, and it's only what most are thinking anyway , Simon's totally wrong on this, Thiago is a legend, he's been a terrific player in his illustrious career and has earned the right to speak his mind, The same with Drogba, a true CFC legend also, they know about football, have played under top managers, and have a lot more understanding than boehly and Co. For me i' d employ Terry, Lamps, Drogba in some capacity behind the scenes, they can educate the owners all about CFC, And having club legends around the place would go some way to restoring some much needed identity.Them guys are serial winners and having that mentality around surely can't be a bad thing. 2. If you watched the interview he criticises the players not like his blaming everyone else
3. Even with the criticism of manager his literally saying we had too much players now they ain’t happy and performing his still criticising the players here.

Pochettino wouldn't be a bad choice for Chelsea Manager. It would be a smart progressive choice. Let's not forget he knows the league inside out. Look at what he was able to do at Southampton and also, Spurs. He made these teams very competitive and progressive without much support from their hierarchy. He is guaranteed that at Chelsea. Under Pochettino, Spurs got to champions league final. Spurs were competing at the very top competitively to the point that year in year out, they were seen as top 4 contenders and potential league winners. Real Madrid had a look at him and so were Juventus. That can only be said of a top, progressive manager who knows the game well. He can develop talents too. Delle Ali was playing the best football and a constant threat. Poch gave Pep hard times all the time including beating them on many occasion. Also, let's not forget he has long been seen as a perfect option for Man United for sometime. That's why I think he would be a great managerial choice if Chelsea want a Manager who would develop our youthful team of talented stars 🌟 in a progressive manner. Certainly a wise choice for the longhaul. ❤
He does focus on his job and does it brilliantly but he's a grown ass man been in the game nearly 20 years if someone asks his opinion he is entitled and qualified to give it .

Thiago Silva, one of the most overrated defenders of his generation. Decent yes, but talked about by the Fifa 12 generation like he's one of the best of all time. Rather like how people who had never even seen varane play would always go on about him like he's amazing. Then he turned up in the premier league and the penny dropped that he's nothing particularly special. Thiago for some reason gets away with it like he's been a 9 out of 10 in every game. The reality is he is about as much a presence at the back as Rudiger was.
