Lukaku should be sold only if Havertz is sold as well. Havertz has been an even bigger failure as a striker. He scored less than Lukaku even though he played more games last season. This season Havertz has gotten even worse, that's the issue with having no competition. Lukaku has scored the same number of goals as Havertz (9) in about 15 games less.
