Not bad, but I don’t think he should start over mac. I wanna see how he does with more pressure in his face that’s how you can tell the quality of a QB how they react under pressure.

He is way better than Mac Jones.
Mac jones is a 200 yrd / 1 TD / 1 INT / kind of guy. Zappe put up 300+ yards and 2 TDs in his second start. We were lucky half the teams were banged up or we wouldn't have made it to the playoffs last yr. Let the kid play and see what he can do against some better Ds.
I love the first throw the most in this video cause his body motion was already pointing down field he’s to comfortable.

What makes him so good is he can set up short or long….and adjust accordingly it keeps the defense guessing.
Kid looked really good out there, his poise is what really stood out, it didn’t seem like there was a moment too big for him. It’s a small sample size and he needs to do it for more than one game but I was very impressed with my first impression

Not a Pats fan but ive seen enough of this kid to know hes better than Mac Jones. Far stronger arm and very accurate. Jones could make a nice back up.

That last play of the video was incredible awareness and movement in the pocket by zappe, mac woulda tried rolling to his right and woulda ended up throwing it away, or he woulda been sacked. Mac needs to learn how to step into the pocket and deliver throws like that just like what zappe did there.
Must be nice to have that much time in the pocket (bears fan). Bears need OL badly
aint no way they gonna put mac jones in as starter. Hes good but his second season going trash so many ints hes throwning Bailey zappe is overall better he has so much potential but he can only use the potential if mac doesnt play. Even if mac and zappe take turns I want to see Bailey zappe playing He is fire and yet the pats are blocking him for mac i can understand but next year or later this season bailey zappe be starter

Vikes fan here. Zappe does a good job of going through his reads and has a nice, quick throw. Pats are lucky with these young QBs

Zappe is still a Raw product. BUT he has a more intuitive feel for the game than the robotic Mac. He finds secondary receivers better than Mac. And he has an arm that is 50% stronger than Mac. Don't give up on this kid.
Zappe is our guy he doesn’t play scary…&& can throw short passes dude is deadly
